You will get the overage on a coupon as long as the overage goes towards the other things you are buying. They will not give cash back. If a coupon doubles you will only get the overage for the amount that it doubles for example if something is regular price 1.25, on sale for 1.00 and you have a coupon for .75/1 it will only double to 1.25. If it is $1.50 on sale for $1 your .75/1 coupon would double to the full 1.50 as long as the coupon doesn’t say DND (just like it used to be in the good old days) 

You can use a BOGO IP coupon as long as the value isn’t more than $5.00
