משהו שלא ידעתי וכדאי לכם לדעת - stop & shop

לפני מספר שבועות קניתי בחנות 4 מגשים של מלפפונים ירוקים ("ישראליים") ועשיתי מהם חמוצים. אחת החבילות לא נראתה לי משהו, אז השארתי אותה מחוץ לתמונה. לאחר יום, גיליתי על המלפפונים שהשארתי בחוץ עובש. בלי להתעצל, צילמתי בעזרת האייפון כמה תמונות יפות.

אתמול יצא לי לעשות קניות שוב בחנות. הלכתי לדלפק שירות לקוחות והראיתי לה את התמונות. לא הבאתי שום קבלה, אך התמונות דיברו בעד עצמן...

קיבלתי כרטיס שי לחנות בסך כפול מערך המלפפונים. למה? ככה...המדיניות שלהם היא שכאשר מוצר שנקנה בחנות שלהם הוא מקולקל או לא בסדר, מכל סיבה, הם מכפילים את עלותו ונותנים זאת ללקוח. נחמד, לא?

מעכשיו, אני והאייפון נחגוג...מה, לא יצא לכם שהיה בשקית תפוח אדמה מקולקל או ענבים מעופשים? אפילו עגבניות השרי מדי פעם נכנסות לסטרס stress :))
