Rubbermaid -

In order to identify the correct model of your item, we need to know the

product code of your present item. You can find the four-digit code

molded into the bottom of the product.

We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced and have mailed certificates that you can use to replace each item. They can also be used toward the purchase of an alternate Rubbermaid product of equal value. The certificates are valid on in-store purchases only and cannot be used at on-line retailers.

The certificates are valid for 90 days. The expiration date is stamped on each certificate. Only one certificate may be used per transaction.

At Rubbermaid, we set high goals to assure that our products are both innovative and of the highest quality to meet the needs of consumers like you. When something is not satisfactory, we definitely want to know about it. This allows us to pass your comments to our Research and Development Department, and we strive to correct such a matter as quickly as possible.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Thank you for using Rubbermaid products and for giving us the opportunity to address your concern.
