לפני כשבוע הוצאנו את אחת מקופסאות הפלסטיק שיש לנו מהמדיח וגילינו שהיא סדוקה. בעלי כמובן רצה לזרוק אותה לפח, אך אני חשבתי אחרת. ישבתי וכתבתי אימייל למחלקת טיפול בלקוחות (מצאתי את כתובת האימייל באנטרנט) ולאחר יומיים קיבלתי תשובה בזו הלשון:
In order to identify the correct model of your item, we need to know the
product code of your present item. You can find the four-digit code
molded into the bottom of the product.

They can also be used toward the purchase of an alternate Rubbermaid product of equal value. The certificates are valid on in-store purchases only and cannot be used at on-line retailers.
The certificates are valid for 90 days. The expiration date is stamped on each certificate. Only one certificate may be used per transaction.
