If the kiddos need haircuts, find a JCPenney salon and get their hair cut for FREE, starting in November! This went so well in August, they decided to bring it back. This time it includes every child in grades Kindergarten – 6th grade and they will be doing them on Sundays only. This is a great promo, so you will want to find a salon and book your appointment in early October.
JC Penney is also offering FREE Haircuts for Breast Cancer Survivors! They will also be donating $1 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for the first 50,000 haircuts.
