Old Navy is having it’s annual $1.00 flip flop sale on June 30th. I know this sale makes a lot of people go crazy. A bit too crazy in my opinion. The store gets mobbed people buy way to many pairs in every color imaginable. Lines are out the door and things sell out fast. This sale is like the Black Friday of flip flops. I am the first to admit I love the high and the feeling in the air of anything that has the hint of Black Friday to it but it’s just cheap plastic flip flops people.
I will let you in on a little secret…
Go buy what you want the day before the sale starts (just be sure and get the right ones) . Go back the night the sale ends for a price adjustment. People tend to “flip out” a little when they see crowds and start grabbing things they really don’t want or need. If you are there before the crowd there is no peer pressure to grab as many as you can. You will have time to think and ask yourself ..Do I realty need 27 pairs of flip flops? Chances are the answer is no. Maybe you should take that $27.00 and buy 1 pair of summer sandals with some support. Just my 2 cents! Save your Black Friday high for the real deal which is in 156 more days!!! Whoop Whoop!!
