I was at Market Basket in Haverhill today and noticed they had Scrubbing Bubble Kits (not the specialty marked packages) marked $9.99 but the shelf tag said $3.79. I asked them scan one and it came up fro $3.79 so they are FREE with the $4.00 coupon. They told me they are discontinuing them and that they marked them down the same price as the specialty priced ones to clear them out. If you see them in your store be sure and have them scan one to see if you can score some for yourself.
