There is a brand new coupon for $3 off a Chuggington DVD. The last time this coupon was available, we were able to use it at Best Buy to get a GREAT deal on the Let’s Ride the Rails DVD. Hopefully they still carry that movie, otherwise you can check at Walmart and Target for movies priced at $6.97 and up. The coupon is good through April 28th.
